Service Description
Please notify us of any changes. Anything that affects your obligation to pay contributions is important:
- Change of address
- change of name
- New bank account details
- different payment method
- new second home.
Process flow
You can notify the responsible office of any changes in writing using the form provided.
Requirements
- You are already registered with the Beitragsservice.
- There have been changes.
What are the fees?
Contribution: free of charge
What deadlines do I have to pay attention to?
You must report the changes immediately.
What else should I know?
You must pay an additional broadcasting fee for a second home.
There is no obligation to pay a contribution for a vacant apartment. The prerequisite is
- it is not occupied by anyone,
- there is no tenancy agreement for it and
- no person is registered at the residents' registration office.
